Stadiums, arenas, street fairs, weddings, block parties. New York doesn’t do small, and neither do we. We make over 200 tons of ice a day right here in Queens and deliver it on our own refrigerated trucks, from a single bag to a truckload.

How much ice for your event?
Rule of thumb: 1 to 2.5 lb per guest for 3 to 4 hours. Add about 10% for each extra hour, and more outdoors in warm weather.
100 guests
100 to 250 lb, or about 3 to 7 of our 40 lb bags.
500 guests
500 to 1,250 lb, or about 13 to 32 of our 40 lb bags.
1,000 guests
1,000 to 2,500 lb, or about 25 to 63 of our 40 lb bags.
Bigger than that?
Call us. Feeding a stadium is a different conversation, and we’re happy to have it.

Common questions
How far ahead should I order?
The sooner the better, especially for summer weekends and holidays. For a big event, call as soon as you have a date and a headcount.
Can you handle a last-minute order?
Call us. We’re open 365 days a year, holidays included, and we make ice every day. Call 1-855-FAST-ICE.
What sizes do you have?
Cubed ice in 40 lb and 20 lb bags and crushed ice in 35 lb bags. See the packaged ice page.
Do you deliver right to the venue?
Yes. Tell us about dock access and timing when you call, and we’ll plan the drop around your event.
